The authors describe how modular systems can be applied to continuous solid-dosage and nutraceutical manufacturing.

Modular systems offer a more efficient way to design and build manufacturing facilities. Although recent focus in the pharmaceutical industry has been on using modular systems in biopharmaceutical processing, the same advantages can be applied to small-molecule API and solid-dosage product manufacturing.

The authors describe how modular systems can be applied to continuous solid-dosage and nutraceutical manufacturing.
