Event Overview:

Direct-to-patient (DTP) clinical supply services provide sponsors and patients with enhanced supply chain flexibility. Traditionally, clinical supplies are shipped to clinical sites where patient kits are either dispensed in person or are packed up and sent to patients (site-to-patient). DTP allows clinical supplies to be shipped directly to patients, bypassing clinical sites through pharmacy solutions. However, the quality and capabilities of pharmacies can vary significantly. This webinar will discuss various pharmacy solutions available in DTP supply and provide sponsors with key considerations for selecting an appropriate clinical supply provider.

Key Learning Objectives:

  • Identify scenarios that warrant the use of DTP clinical supply in clinical trials.
  • Understand how a DTP pharmacy solution can streamline and enhance the study's supply chain.
  • Evaluate the advantages of partnering with a clinical supply provider that offers an on-site pharmacy compared to off-site or third-party pharmacies.
