The company will showcase new solutions for isolation technology systems, sterilization, and pharmaceutical freeze-drying applications at the event.

Telstar, an aseptic process solutions company based in Spain, announced it will be presenting new solutions for isolation technology systems, sterilization, and pharmaceutical freeze-drying applications from Nov. 5–7, 2019 at CPhI Worldwide in Frankfurt, Germany.

According to an Oct. 25, 2019 press release, the company will showcase a number of new freeze-drying systems and aseptic manufacturing processes including:

  • Lyogistics Zero, an automatic vial loading and unloading system for freeze-drying which can be cleaned and sterilized inside a freeze-drying chamber.

  • Lyonuc, a nucleation induction method that reduces the duration of the primary drying cycle and ensures the uniformity and homogenization of the vials in batches for any type of freeze dryer.

  • Lyomega SV, a single-vessel GMP production freeze dryer used to maintain a conventional workspace while producing a footprint up to 20% smaller than a lyophilizer with standard external condenser configuration.

  • Lyogistics Smart R3, an automated inline vial management device with the ability to reject, reintroduce, and retrieve vials during the loading and unloading process into freeze dryers.

  • Telstar Lyosensing, a process analyzer used to monitor the freeze-drying cycle and detect and prevent real and virtual leaks in freeze dryers.

  • Telstar Lyometrics, a soft-sensor temperature monitoring system in industrial freeze dryers with automatic loading and unloading systems that provide on-line monitoring of the global batch product temperature during primary drying.

  • HVAC control systems for clean rooms that save over 40% in energy consumption while enabling the systems to reduce the frequency of air renovation cycles and to reach the maximum level permitted of particles in the room.

  • Sterility test isolators used with the company’s ionHP+ bio-decontamination system to increase time available for process and reduce running costs.

Telstar will be presenting its new products at booth 110D32 at CPhI Worldwide.
