Quartzy, an online laboratory supply management company, will offer lab products from Bioline, Biotium, and MP Biomedicals.

On July 24, 2018, Quartzy, an online laboratory supply management and ordering platform, announced three new distributor agreements with Bioline, a wholly owned international company by Meridian Bioscience that develops, manufactures, and markets a range of specialized bioresearch reagents; Biotium, a provider of fluorescence detection technologies and reagents for the life science, pharma, and medical diagnostics industries; and MP Biomedicals, a manufacturer of research products for the life sciences, fine chemicals, and diagnostics industries.

Through this agreement, Quartzy will sell products from Bioline, Biotium, and MP Biomedicals through Quartzy’s shop as well as stock and ship many of these products from Quartzy’s current and future fulfillment centers globally. Product offerings will include specialized reagents, diagnostics, stains, and dyes.

Bioline’s manufacturing portfolio includes more than 300 reagents and kits for molecular biology, cell analysis and nucleic acid, and protein separation and purification. Biotium manufactures and sells more than 3000 R&D products, including reagents for DNA and protein detection, antibody labeling, flow cytometry, polymerase chain reaction, and cell staining.
