Natoli Engineering is hosting a technical training course on the basics of tablet manufacturing and troubleshooting. Natoli is holding the three-day course for professionals in the pharmaceutical, tablet compression, veterinary, nutritional, confectionary, and industrial markets. The dates for the 2017 course are:
- January 24–26
- April 25–27
- August 22–24
- November 1–3
- November 7–9.
The objectives for the course include enhancing knowledge of troubleshooting and maintenance procedures for tablet presses and tooling, and increasing understanding of TSM specifications and tooling options. The course will focus on the basics of tablet shapes and design, tablet press set up and operation, background of tooling options and steel type, tool inspection, formulation and granulation, Natoli’s TM-II tool inspection system, and tool reworking and polishing.
