Antares Vision
Antares Vision’s Raised Stopper Inspection (RSI) machine verifies proper sealing of freeze-dried vials. The standalone machine is designed for installation in Grade-A cleanrooms and operates with laminar air flow.
The machine’s 1-mm detection threshold identifies stoppers that are not wholly adhered to the vial collar, and it can inspect up to 300 units/min. The module is compatible with a wide array of vials from 10–300 mL in volume with a 20–32-mm cap range. The overall length of the RSI is 76 cm, and it can be installed as a drop-in solution in existing lines.
