PTSM: Pharmaceutical Technology Sourcing and Management
The ReactoMate Datum controlled lab reactor system accommodates a range of vessel sizes.
The ReactoMate Datum, a universal benchtop controlled lab reactor (CLR) from Asynt designed to aid synthesis scale-up, accommodates vessels from 100 ml to 5 L. The device is constructed from anodized aluminum and stainless steel, and operates in temperatures spanning -70 ºC to +220 ºC.
The ReactoMate Datum fits into a standard lab fume hood and is compatible with multiple brands of overhead stirrers and circulator heating/cooling systems. The CLR’s temperature probe is linked to the heating/cooling circulator and manages solution temperature control.
Reaction vessels can be exchanged, allowing chemists to change between reactor vessel sizes, enabling synthesis scale-up.
