International Specialty Products (ISP) and Niro A/S have formed an alliance to develop and market spray drying and formulation technologies to enhance the bioavailability of APIs. As part of the agreement, ISP has acquired Niro's Pharma Technologies business, which provides contract formulation, scale-up and manufacturing services.
