Now in its third year, CPhI North America has become a major event for bio/pharmaceutical developers, manufacturers, and suppliers. In 2019, the exhibition and conference will be held at McCormick Place, Lakeside Center in Chicago, IL, from April 30–May 2.
More than 670 companies are expected to participate in the exhibition, which is organized into seven zones: bioLIVE for bioprocessing, CPhI for manufacturing ingredients, FDF for finished drug products, iCSE for drug development, InformEx for fine and specialty chemicals, InnoPack for packaging, and P-MEC for machinery.
More than 110 hours of educational content includes a three-track conference program covering drug development, drug manufacturing, and bioprocessing. A keynote session, scheduled for May 1, will feature former US Sen. Jeff Flake, who will share opinions on pharma manufacturing, healthcare innovation, and the direction of healthcare as he sees it under the current structure of divided government, as well as scenarios beyond 2020.
The exhibit hall will also feature seminars and vendor-sponsored presentations at the bioLIVE theater, Insight Briefings, and Exhibitor Showcases.
