According to a company press release, the report outlines the company’s approaches to product quality, safety, environmental sustainability, and diversity and inclusion. Specific points mentioned include Catalent’s global accreditation under ISO 14001 and the Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series 18001, the establishment of a goal to reduce its carbon emissions by 15 percent by 2023 by investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy, the company’s introduction of additional volunteer programs, and its commitment to fostering a more inclusive workplace by signing a CEO Action for Diversity and Inclusion pledge.
