Big data technology company, Aigenpulse, has been granted with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 certification, which are in recognition of product quality and management of information safely and securely, respectively.

“We are extremely proud of gaining certification to both ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards. These certifications underline our commitment to customers and our focus on quality, data security, and reliability,” said Tobias Kloepper, CEO of Aigenpulse, in a Feb. 5, 2019 press release. “As part of implementing a Quality Management System, we have automated all of our compliance processes, which have been designed to drive high quality performance and continuous improvement.”

Assessment of Aigenpulse’s offerings was performed independently by the British Assessment Bureau, which is a certification body. Through the ISO accreditation, Aigenpulse has strengthened its platform offering, which uses artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced machine learning technologies to help researchers analyse data.

“Customers, stakeholders and staff can be reassured that their information is being held and managed securely and that as a management team we take our accountability for protecting our systems and client data very seriously,” Kloepper added.
