Aceto Acquires Biotron Laboratories and Talus Mineral Company

Aceto announced on March 2, 2022 that it has acquired Biotron Laboratories and Talus Mineral Company (collectively referred to as Biotron). Biotron manufactures specialty ingredients for the nutritional supplements industry and is known for its technology for its amino-acid based chelation production. Aceto’s nutraceuticals and life science business will be expanded due to the acquisition.
