Extract Technology’s portfolio will now include aseptic solutions, containment solutions, restricted access barriers, and mobile cleanrooms for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech and chemical markets.
Wabash National Corporation will begin marketing all Walker Barrier Systems products as Extract Technology, the company said in an April 19, 2016 press announcement. The Extract Technology portfolio will now include aseptic solutions, containment solutions, restricted access barriers, and mobile clean rooms for the pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, and chemical markets. Wabash National’s operations in Huddersfield, England, and New Lisbon, Wisconsin, will continue to manufacture all aseptic and containment systems.
Alan Wainwright has been named the global managing director, Extract Technology Limited. He will oversee manufacturing operations in Huddersfield and New Lisbon and will be responsible for overseeing product development. Extract Technology, a containment and aseptic manufacturer, plans to continue its international market growth by adding mobile cleanrooms to its portfolio, which Walker Barrier Systems began manufacturing in 2013.
