Ross Disperser Maintains Consistency

Ross Bow Tie Dispersers, or High Viscosity Dispersers, are heavy-duty mixers designed for heavy pastes and viscous liquids up to several hundred thousand centipoise, with stainless steel 304 wetted parts. An explosion-proof inverter-duty motor helps the mixers incorporate solids into liquid vehicles in a consistent manner without running at high speeds.

An air/oil hydraulic lift raises and lowers the agitator into the vessel, and the mixer features safety limit switches to prevent operation while in the raised position or without a vessel in place. The mixer can be equipped with a vacuum-rated mix vessel with heating/cooling jacket, thermocouple, sight/charge ports on the vessel cover, and caster wheels for ease of movement.
