The forum seeks to address key issues through constructive dialogue from industry experts who will share experiences and strategies with the goal of supporting equality in the pharmaceutical industry. The forum’s central theme, “From Manager to Leader,” encourages both men and women senior pharmaceutical professionals to share a defining moment in their leadership journey, with the goal of providing learned strategies for success, connection to a wider community, and tips on improving leadership skills. The panel will be moderated by Alise Cortez, PhD, a Purpose and Engagement catalyst and host of the Working on Purpose radio show.
