A transatlantic strategic partnership has been struck between California (USA) based enterprise software solution provider ValGenesis and IT integration specialists Systec & Services (Germany).
A transatlantic strategic partnership has been struck between California (USA) based enterprise software solution provider ValGenesis and IT integration specialists Systec & Services (Germany). The agreement establishes Systec & Services as ValGenesis' reseller and solution provider, as well as the company's integration partner for the European market.
In a joint statement, the companies explained how their capabilities complement one another; ValGenesis focuses on automating the validation process, while Systec & Services provides software solutions and IT systems integration. All of the projects being developed by Systech & Services involve validation and qualification.
"All of our clients are talking about 'electronic' and 'paperless'; therefore, we have implemented a number of electronic batch recording solutions," Hermann Schaefer, Managing Director at Systec & Services responsible for the software solution portfolio, explained in the joint statement. "We have been looking for solutions to automate the validation and qualification processes and with ValGenesis we have found exactly what we were looking for."
Siva Samy, CEO of ValGenesis Inc. added in the statement: "Our solution offers a great level of functions and features helping customers to increase automation and operational process efficiency."
