KNF Neuberger Launches Laboratory Metering Pump
Metering pump can be used with aggressive or corrosive liquids.
KNF Neuberger introduced the SIMDOS 02 fine dosing/metering pump for liquids that delivers 0.03–999 mL dosing volumes with a flow rate ranging from 0.03–20 mL/min. The pump’s splashproof housing protects the pump from water and dust intrusion, contributing to its long-term stability and reliability. Following calibration, repeatability is +/- 1% (full range). Several types of materials, including polymers and stainless steel, are available for the pump head for use with mild to aggressive or corrosive liquids. SIMDOS 02 is safe to run dry, is self-priming up to 6.6 ft. water, is effective against pressures of up to 85 psig, and transfers viscous media up to 500 centistokes. Integrated software permits the transfer parameters to be modified for a range of different viscosities.
