On Oct. 6, 2017, Cytel, a biometrics CRO and clinical trial software provider, announced that it will be adding a new location for clinical development in Basel, Switzerland.
The site, scheduled to open by the end of 2017, will hire up to 15 staff members and will join 15 other international company locations for biometrics-focused clinical research services, including Geneva, Switzerland; Paris, France; Barcelona, Spain; United Kingdom, and most recently, King of Prussia, PA in September 2017.
“Switzerland is one of the leading centers for clinical development in the world. By establishing a new office in Basel, we will be able to cement our close collaborations with customers in the region and continue to build our team of statistical programmers, biostatisticians, and data managers,” said Sébastien Gerin, senior vice president of strategy and performance at Cytel, in a company press release.
