Clarke Solutions, Covex LLC, and Acquire Automation Combine to Form Verista

Clarke Solutions, Covex LLC, and Acquire Automation announced on Oct. 21, 2020 that they are combining and will rebrand as Verista, a pharmaceutical, life sciences, food and beverage, and manufacturing solutions provider.

The new company will house more than 350 experts and will offer compliance and validation solutions for pharmaceuticals and medical devices; manufacturing and packaging; sterilization and traceability consulting and solutions; manufacturing and packaging engineering; and automated systems, a company press release said.

“The Verista brand signifies the expertise, trust, and process [for which] our talented team has been known for several decades,” said Manny Soman, CEO, Verista, in the press release. “Verista will continue to uphold the commitment to quality and industry-specific solutions established by Clarke Solutions, Covex, and Acquire Automation and allow our customers to focus on core competencies.”
